State-of-the-art 300 TPH capacity crusher facility for internal RMC production

Our integrated state-of-the-art crusher allows us to tune our material properties to meet high quality concrete requirements. The installed capacity of the plant is 300 TPH, dedicated entirely to producing aggregates for Kalokhe RMC concrete.

Our quarrying process typically begins with drilling and blasting the rock into smaller pieces. Bore holes are drilled in the blast site and filled with explosives.

The plant consists of three stages - primary, cone and VSI crusher stages that produces sand and aggregate of the required gradation and shape specifically for our concrete production.

Having our own stone crusher facility gives us complete control over aggregate quality. This vertical integration ensures that every batch of KRMC concrete is made with aggregates that meet our stringent quality standards, providing consistent gradation and excellent shape characteristics.

Crushing Process

Three-Stage Crushing for Optimal Quality

Primary Crushing

Large rocks from the quarry are initially crushed in the primary crusher, reducing them to manageable sizes for further processing.

Cone Crushing

The cone crusher further reduces the material size and begins the process of achieving the desired aggregate gradation.

VSI Crushing

The Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) produces final products with excellent shape, cubicity, and required gradation for high-quality concrete.
